"All my life, I was fat. I remember the other kids making fun of me ever since Kindergarten. By the time I was 26 years old, I weighed over 200 pounds, and could barely squeeze into a size 18/20. My knees hurt all the time. My Doctor told me it was the extra weight. I started working out and eating better. At first the weight seemed to come off easy (for the first 30 pounds or so) then I got stuck. My trainers didn't give up on me. They told me to start keeping a food log. I didn't realize how many little bad things were slipping into my diet. They also taught me about measuring, portion sizes, and reading food labels. They basically re-tooled my whole program, workout included, and now I am losing again. I know there is no way I could be doing this without them.
I've been very happy with my Philly Trainers experience. My trainer is very professional and extremely accommodating to my erratic work schedule. In addition to that I recently found out I'm pregnant with my first child. My OB encouraged me to continue working out through pregnancy and my trainer and I have altered my sessions appropriately to ensure safety whilst still getting effective targeted workouts. I've recently signed up for more sessions so I'm very happy with my experience
Bill and I started working together in the summer of my junior year of high school. He helped me put on 15 lbs of muscle in 4 months and got me ready for my senior year. I received a full scholarship to St. Josephs University in my senior year for track and field. Bill was a huge part in helping me achieve my scholarship. He prepared me not only for competing in track and field, but also for the intense training schedule at the college level.
