My philly trainer is a sub division or Results Now llc. We are Company that is dedicated to our clients we believe we are only as strong as our clients. We have been helping people achieve their health and fitness goals for over 12 years. Our founder has been in the fitness industry most of his life and has a professional sports background which he played basketball all over the world for 8 years. He has also run and managed a multi-million dollar health club for 2 years. We have put together an all-star team of professionals with over 70 years combined of professional experience; all of our trainers are nationally certified and have excellent people skills. We believe that fitness is not a fad. It is a way of life. We aim to help you change your life by incorporating fitness into your everyday lifestyle.

All of our trainers are knowledgeable and fully certified and have either a college degree in an exercise related field, or a professional sports background and the highest training certification. We are dedicated to you achieving results. We give our clients peace of mind that they have a qualified professional helping them every step of the way.

Where do you train clients?

We consider ourselves the most convenient trainers in the business. We accommodate you in any way possible. We have partnerships with facilities all over the city. And we try to find a location close and convenient to you. We have mobile personal trainers, and we train clients in their apartment/condo gyms, in their homes, work place or even outside! If you do not have equipment in your home, we’ll bring the equipment to you!

How often do I need to train to see results?

This all depends on what your goals are and how soon you want to achieve them. For maximum results in the fastest amount of time, we would recommend at least 3 sessions with your personal trainer per week.

What else do I get with my personal training packages??

Online nutrition training, 24/7 support, a subscription to my bi-weekly newsletter, an initial fitness assessment, tracked progress, and supplemental workouts are all included in your personal training package. That’s a value of well over $200 per month!

Our trainers currently train in Philadelphia and surrounding areas, such as Old City, University City, Northern Liberties, Manayunk, Warrington, South Jersey etc.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer many seasonal discounts as well as referral bonuses for referring new clients to us.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours before the scheduled workout. Any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice is forfeited.

Why is the fitness assessment required?

The fitness assessment is essential for us to determine any health risks or weaknesses that may affect your fitness program. It also helps us develop baseline data so we can create attainable goals for you to strive for.

Am I locked into my personal training package for a long period of time?

No! Our personal training packages are month to month with no long-term contracts. Packages will continue until the client wishes to stop services.
