"All my life, I was fat. I remember the other kids making fun of me ever since Kindergarten. By the time I was 26 years old, I weighed over 200 pounds, and could barely squeeze into a size 18/20. My knees hurt all the time. My Doctor told me it was the extra weight. I started working out and eating better. At first the weight seemed to come off easy (for the first 30 pounds or so) then I got stuck. My trainers didn't give up on me. They told me to start keeping a food log. I've been very happy with my Philly Trainers experience. My trainer is very professional and extremely accommodating to my erratic work schedule.
